Between 2020 and 2021, the Coronavirus pandemic affected companies and their production. Miele got a high demand for dishwashers but didn’t cut corners to guarantee the quality of its products. The result was a major slowdown in deliveries and the brand decided to be honest and clear to explain the situation.

Miele needed the perfect key to publicly manage the crisis and preserve a trustful relationship with its partners and customers.
Campaign
No self-absolution, nor frills. The creative team presented a clear claim: “You deserve transparency”. Miele apologized explaining the reason for the slowdown and promised “it will be up to expectations”.
