With Triplesense Reply, into the future of payments: the digital platform "FCA Bank Pay" is born
Thanks to the collaboration of Triplesense Reply, creative & design agency of the Reply Group, FCA Bank launches a groundbreaking platform that allows affiliated retailers to offer new ways of installment payments: "FCA Bank Pay" is born.
The brand thus embraces the evolution of credit lending, entering the future of payments according to the Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) trend.
Available both online and in-store, the platform offers two formulas, both with instant outcomes: Split Payment, which offers a short-term interests-free deferred payment, and Instant Credit, to apply for a longer-term loan of a higher amount. These two installment options are available both online, through a merchant's e-commerce, and in store, thanks to the SmartPOS or the pay-by-link system.
Triplesense designed user experience of the entire project by signing its user journey, visual identity, logo and the product launch video. Triplesense also took care of internal communication and training materials (user manual and video-tutorials), along with front-end development.
An extensive and complex work, therefore, which evolved thanks also to the design thinking and co-design sessions carried out together with the client. The methodology proved successful, especially in defining the user journey flows and creating the visual identity.
The future of shopping from now on will be increasingly fast, flexible and connected, thanks to FCA Bank Pay. Triplesense has helped provide "More flexibility for buyers, more opportunities for sellers."
FCA Bank Pay is a project created in collaboration with Blue Reply, Pay Reply, eFinance Reply.
